  • Sometimes things happen and you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment and that's OK. There is no fee if notification is given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

    Notification that is given less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount

  • Please fill out the New Client Intake Form included in your appointment confirmation email at least 2 hours in advance of your session. Otherwise, you must arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out the paper version at the office.

  • Failure to arrive for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.

  • Credit card must be kept on file to book and hold an appointment.

  • ut of respect and consideration of my time and other clients, please plan to be on time. Arrive 10-15 minutes early for any appointment in order to get the full time scheduled. If you arrive right on time or late, I can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment, and you will be responsible to pay the full length of the session you requested.

    *This time is scheduled just for you and only you which is why I require a credit card on file to reserve and guarantee your appointment. However, it WILL NOT be charged unless you do not adhere to the Cancellation/No- Show policy.

  • IF YOUR CLASS OR WORKSHOP IS CANCELLED:

    If for some reason a class or workshop is cancelled or rescheduled and those dates, times and location change in a way that makes it unworkable for to attend – you will receive either a refund of the full amount paid, or a credit for the full amount paid towards any future class or workshop.

    IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND OR CAN’T ATTEND:

    If you sign up for a class or workshop, then change your mind or can’t attend, we require 48 hours' notice. You have the option to of having someone else come in your place or receive a credit voucher towards any future class or workshop. If no notice is given, and you do not make prior to the class, there will be no further accommodations.

  • Are non-refundable. If you are relocating or having a medical reason that services can no longer be received, packages can be transferred to another individual. It is my commitment to help you get what you came for.
